Scott Walker Announces To Announce

Politico is reporting that Wisconsin governor Scott Walker will officially join the GOP race for president this Monday, July 13. He joins Ohio guv John Kasich, who announces on July 21, which will clear out my "possible" list. As shown in my post on Sunday, apparently some pundits think there may still be a dark horse out there somewhere who will rise up out of the shadows and steal the nomination from these 16 fine candidates. Possible? Possible, but who?

And it's almost time to start popping the popcorn, because the first debate is four weeks from tomorrow and as things stand right now, The Donald is qualified to stand on the stage. Can the Republicans figure out a way to keep him away?
