I understand that AJ feels under attack, and she's said before that her public postings sometimes get Jason to back off, but still. I think we're already in the land of Unintended Consequences, for both of them. (Starting, obviously, two years ago when they first laid eyes on each other and decided it would be a good idea to date. Big mistake. Big. Huge.) I have to believe that at some point all of this will be settled, probably in court and almost certainly with commitments (or legal requirements) that both sides refrain from denigrating the other, and in particular to stay off social media. I'd be willing to bet the day will come when AJ wishes she could get a lot of this stuff back.

Latest litigation update on Cheapskate-Dad Miller: In addition to having underpaid child support for nearly a year (he was paying a mere $1,500 despite a $500,000 base salary at Teneo, and various other large income streams), he is now shortchanging on pre-natal expenses, too.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
In Court on October 5th, Miller agreed to reimburse me a minimum of $5,000 on the nearly $7,000 I incurred in pre-natal expenses. (yes, we're talking reimbursements bc he rejected an unborn child during the pregnancy and didn't inquire/offer a dime towards pre-natal care)— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Guess who's suddenly reneging on that?— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
His attorney has just sent me a letter announcing (!) that they have UNILATERALLY 'edited' the expenses list and he is only now willing to pay about $3900.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Who nickels and dimes this way over his only son???
Upside is it's helpful for my case. To me, nothing shouts "I can't stand this kid" from his jealous wife, or "he's a burden" from him ... more than than nickeling and diming/dragging feet on monetary OBLIGATIONS. https://t.co/K7U7SO5F5v— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Imagine being such a soulless scum that a you get a woman pregnant and (a) tell people in her industry that she's lying/isn't really pregnant;— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
(b) essentially hope the unborn child dies, by refusing to ask if he/she is even alive, breathing, receiving pre-natal care.
Oh, this reminds me of Kelly Miller (Jason's wife)'s family's tweets. Will post those today. It shows a pattern of obsession with me starting in 2017 and going into 2018. CRAZY STUFF.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
One time, I caught Kelly Miller's mother, Heather Courtney, stalking my social page (the malicious old woman was stupid enough to "like" a journo's tweet I'd RT'd, WHILE SHE WAS ON MY PAGE, popping up in my Mentions -- "X liked this tweet on your page")— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Miller's hilariously fabricated Complaint in his federal case tried to make it sound as though I was hostile towards his family. THE EXACT OPPOSITE is what is true.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
In August 2017, when the Atlantic article came out, I was by the vicious tweets Miller's mother in law and sister in law (plus another female relative) were posting about me, including defamatory remarks. I took the high road and didn't respond/engage— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
In December, Miller and his wife, in court, tried claiming they had no idea (!). Sure, ok. It continued.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
In January 2018 (in other words, OVER A YEAR AFTER HIS WIFE FOUND OUT ABOUT MY PREGNANCY!) her family was STILL apparently obsessing over me. (This makes me very scared for Will's safety around his wife, who I feel is v hostile towards me/Will.)— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Here is just one example. In January, when everyone was posting the Google Arts results, I good-naturedly posted this tweet: https://t.co/1CSBWgyRGQ— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Within about half an hour, Miller's wife's mother had posted this on her page. pic.twitter.com/9plwWZkMwI— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Notice: They were not even limiting their attacks on me to the litigation or issues pertaining to the litigation, but rather now outright attacking my looks.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Once again, I took the high road, as has my family.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Unlike Miller's wife's family, mine actually has some elegance/manners and not a single family member of mine (inc my extended family) has posted on social media, EVER, about this matter, Miller, or his wife.
Ask yourself: What level of obsession does one have to have to, over a year later, still attack a woman, and over her looks, much less when she is caring for and breastfeeding a baby? This is elementary-school level cyberbullying.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
There are other examples, including another relative of his wife who libeled me online claiming I'd "done this before."— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
i will post additional ex's this week.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
When you read Miller's legal filings and see these outrageous claims about my alleged hostility, just know how much this man outright LIES and does a complete 180 twist on the truth. It's basically a sick game of "Opposite Day"
his attorney, Ana Martin Lavielle, has billed close to $300,000. That doesn't include the other law firm (he has TWO on my case) or what she will bill through trial in Feb. He has FOUR attorneys-of-record on my case. https://t.co/WtcUzPVMZC— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
I mean, since mIller and his wife are carefully trying to craft a "We're just sensible and she's the hostile one!" narrative, good luck when he facts show the direct opposite. His wife's own mother was attacking me in the most petty fashion, over a year later. Explain this?? https://t.co/8yqHeiWZ2e— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Thank you :) The comment about my looks didn't get to me. I could've pushed back (lots of material to work with, having seen Miller's wife) but I chose to take the high road there. (And "old press photo" was from late 2016 Campaign experience. They're so insecure about me) https://t.co/sEBIavA9Fr— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
That also shows Miller's mother in law was routinely visiting my page (didn't follow me, so she'd physically type in my address). This was happening a year later. But his wife was/is totally copacetic about Will/situation and I was the hostile one, right? lol Good luck w that— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Oh, and let's not forget, a couple of months ago Miller's own wife also had to apparently be put in a 'time-out' and privatize her account, after her ill-advised "bunny" tweet. Even his own attorney admitted to my attorney it was a problem. https://t.co/LGMfOLq1Tp— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
So that's three family-members so far of Miller's who have privatized their account bc they screwed up, were tweeting at/about me. Like elementary school bullies. But good luck with the "It's AJ who was hostile, we didn't even think about her!"— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
One attorney who has heard "courthouse chatter" about this case said one of the things she's heard is "his wife was posting things she shouldn't have been posting." Hahahahaha. Yup, should've never let her have a Twitter account - zero self-control.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Oh, he's undoubtedly a laughing stock in the Miami Dade legal community. It's legendary how much he's paid in a timesharing case. A lawyer's dream sucker. https://t.co/S9UutGIiC8— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Someone told me in his Gizmodo suit (which is all about me -- stalker level creepy) he claims I was hostile towards his family in 2017. All part of the narrative they wish to invent -- completely fabricated and facts show the direct opposite. Let's see:— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
In 2017, I had zero communications with the wife so that wasn't it. My posture? Hm, none there. In Nov 2017, my attorney and I even filed a motion asking for a "meet and greet" with a therapist bc I hoped/planned his wife and I could get along/be cool.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Oh, & there's even one message I sent him when they visited Miami, sending him tips on places he, his wife, and their daughters would enjoy locally, such as a Calle Ocho ice cream shop. But yeah, super "Glenn Close angry/hostile!" Like I said, opposite day for a professional liar— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
I get it that he's not going to ADMIT in a filing: "My wife/wife's family were insulting and attacking AJ for months, and my wife's mother was even checking her Twitter page regularly a year later." But you can't just lie and make up the direct OPPOSITE.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
You can tell they must've sat around going: "Damn, AJ's doing an awesome job as a mom & she hasn't said a bad word about your family. What's our strategy? Screw it, let's paint her anyway as 'bitter Glenn Close sitting outside your house while your wife is the chill one" lol https://t.co/4azxSFsRBa— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Thank you. I feel obligated to keep people abreast of the litigation since so many donated to my GoFundMe, and I promised I would keep folks updated. Plus his insane Gizmodo filing, which he made such was publicized on Twitter, contained severe falsehoods about me. https://t.co/okmhIw9uUc— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Special shout-out to my family:— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
We may be humble, blue collar, loud Cubans but boy does my family have class and elegance in spades. Zero social media posts anywhere about Miller, ever.
Can't say the same for Kelly Miller's family. Sad! #GetItTogether #WillPrayForYou
I understand all that. But I just wish I could explain that hate destroys everyone. And when you set out to destroy someone else, you'll destroy yourself. Focus on marriage counseling with your husband, on being positive, and move on. Hating me won't help anyone. :( https://t.co/dbcM0V2Ot0— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Sorry but Miller and his attorney are up to all sorts of trickery today and tweets happen as a result.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Funny -- when he first filed the case, he used initials.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
LOL
Everyone I've talked to about this case is like: "Only famous people do that."
He thinks he's A-Rod in divorce court or something.
Just realized I should write a Yelp and Google review about Miller's attorney.— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 1, 2018
Of course, everyone can make up their own mind but I think it's important to share my experience and share with the public what they billed on this case. #Yikes #ItCouldHappenToYou
Update: More tweets from AJ on Friday morning and she sounds a little defensive. It's so clear to me that there are no winners in this story, and everyone involved has behaved badly, including AJ at times. I understand why she feels the need to put all this out there, but in the long term it would be so much better, for the little boy, in particular, if everything, everything about this situation had been handled privately. That's certainly not happening now:
Oh, it isn't me. That was him. After he finally told me his wife was expecting (when I told him I was), we were having dinner at Rue 57 and I happened to ask if he knew what it was - he sighed and said "a girl" and was extremely disappointed. That's him, I think it's gross. https://t.co/PvyY6QHAYp— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 2, 2018
(cont) He then went on a rant about how I shouldn't get his "hopes up" saying I thought mine was a boy (I did, since I wasn't nauseated) bc "My brother has 4 kids from three different women and they're all ******* girls! We can't make boys in my family." And seemed angry about it https://t.co/PvyY6QHAYp— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 2, 2018
(cont) And thirdly: he didn't give a damn about my pregnancy or preserving any rights until (ding-ding) an attorney-friend of mine relayed a message at the 5-month mark that I was expecting a boy. He literally hired a family-law attorney 48 hours later. Hope that answers your Q! https://t.co/PvyY6QHAYp— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 2, 2018
You're serious? "Lack judgment and self control"? From the guy who was DATING... an EMPLOYEE... while his wife was SEVEN MONTHS PREGNANT?— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 2, 2018
Also, based on what he's done to me via the press, not even a million tweets of mine could equal the damage he's done to Will/me. https://t.co/CAfcB3vnYi
Update #2, on Thursday, November 8. AJ is still bitter about the way she was discarded by the Trump people when her scandal became public...
Did you ever glance at the financial disclosures of the West Wing? Every single one a 1 percenter, basically. Working class people not wanted https://t.co/8Q1i5yYypw— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 8, 2018
Yep. The amount of hard work one did/sacrificed to actually make a Trump presidency possible... is inversely proportional to the amount of benefit one receives from what one made possible. 🤷♀️ https://t.co/pWfbhOONAl— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 7, 2018
That’s right — I only spent over a year of my life doing all the heavy lifting (going on TV defending Trump and putting my reputation, life, and livelihood on the line, when even others on the campaign ‘called out sick’). What did you do, sport? Tweet? GTHO https://t.co/kI3LSZfyC8— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 7, 2018
... but apparently she still admires Trump himself and thinks he's doing a great job:
On the other hand, I think Trump (aside from the Acosta thing and remark to Yamache and April) was in great form yesterday. Seemed at ease, answered questions directly (mostly), and cracked a few jokes. All in all, not bad— A.J. Delgado (@AJDelgado13) November 8, 2018
"In great form?" "Seemed at ease?" Really AJ?
