When AJ Met Jason... Episode 4 - Updated on 9/22

A "grossly overweight, hideously unattractive man with severe bad breath and the morality of Nero." Yikes. That's former Trump campaign/transition staffer A.J. Delgado on Twitter this morning, describing former Trump Communications Director Jason Miller, the father of her son, with whom she clearly has not reached a state of neutral co-parenting. (And, really, how did these two ever create a child together?) They continue to battle it out, on Twitter and in court.

When I first wrote about this story I said, somewhat snarkily, that I enjoy a good political sex scandal and this looked like it was going to be a good one. Now, almost two years after A.J. and Jason's relationship started and quickly ended, and with both of them gone from the Trump administration, their story isn't political anymore, it's not really scandalous and it's absolutely not sexy. The whole thing is just sad. On behalf of sensible grown-ups everywhere, A.J. and Jason, get it together. Your mutual son deserves better. (My previous posts about this are here, here and here.)

As of this morning, here's how things stand. Yesterday Miller's wife tweeted this, and if "a bunny in hot water" doesn't ring any bells for you, she's referring to Glenn Close's character in Fatal Attraction:
(Note: after I posted this, Mrs. Miller again set her Twitter feed to private, which is why the above no longer looks like a tweet. As we always say, however, screenshots live forever and you can see the tweet directly below.)

Mrs. Miller has only 549 Twitter followers, a very small audience, but her husband retweeted it to his 114,000 followers, which got A.J.'s attention:
Then she implies that there's dirt to be had about Jason and that it will be coming out soon, courtesy of New York Magazine/HuffPost writer Yashar Ali:

Just for good measure, A.J. tells us what she really thinks about Jason, which I couldn't resist quoting at the top of this post...

... followed by the suggestion, which she's made before, that Mrs. Miller is not right in the head:
In an earlier post I said that this will probably not end well. It's still true.

Update on September 22: The "full story/very big rumored skeleton" referenced in A.J.'s September 6 tweet (above) has now gone public. Last night the website Splinter published the following:

The ongoing custody battle between former Trump campaign operatives Jason Miller and A.J. Delgado has taken another nasty turn: In an explosive new court filing, Delgado's legal team alleges that Miller--prior to their own high-profile extramarital romance--carried out an affair with a woman he met at an Orlando strip club. Additionally, the court documents claim, when the woman found out she was pregnant, Miller surreptitiously dosed her with an abortion pill without her knowledge, leading, the woman claims, to the pregnancy's termination and nearly her death

With these allegations entered into the court record, Delgado is asking the court to order Miller--whom the filing says has "unsupervised time" with their child--to undergo a psychological evaluation. The filing says that she fears for her and the child's safety.

... Delgado confirmed the document's authenticity to Splinter but declined to comment further. "I'm concerned for my safety (more importantly, my son's) with Miller and afraid of his reaction if I add comment," she said.

In a statement to Splinter after this story was published, Miller's legal team strongly disputed the claims made in the filing, saying: "To be clear, there is no validity to the false accusations made in Ms. Delgado's filing."

"We also know the identity of the 'Jane Doe' referenced in the filing, have located her, and Mr. Miller is absolutely certain that he does not know her, never had a relationship with her, and never engaged in the actions Ms. Delgado--and now you--falsely accuse him of committing," Miller's lawyers also said.

So far neither A.J. not Jason has commented publicly, other than as quoted by Splinter. Journalist Yashar Ali, who, as shown in my original post above, was texting with A.J. about this, has also not commented. How did Splinter get this story, including the entire 33-page court document? The story doesn't say but my assumption is that A.J., or someone connected to her, "leaked" it to them. This is nasty stuff and I can't imagine how the whole thing will end.
