A different view of the hair. It's partly due to the angle of the camera, which was below Donald's head looking up, but still, I want to ask, where's the rest of the hair? In this picture, at least, it looks wispy, almost see-through. Is it possible Donald's Carefully Cared-for Hair is thinning?
