The People cover closes tonight, are reporters and editors scrambling to get enough info to include this story in this week's issue? Probably.

What will be on the cover of People this week? My guesses:
The Bachelorette: (Spoiler coming) The big finale airs tomorrow night and if the usual pattern holds, Rachel and her new fiance will be the main cover story this week. Last summer the entire cover was given over to the Bach franchise, with a sidebar story suggesting that Luke would be the next Bachelor. (Alas, he wasn't.) Will we see Peter on the cover this week? Possibly. Another possibility is BIP newlyweds Carly and Evan, who have just announced that they're expecting their first child.

On the other hand, If Rachel and (spoiler) Bryan are downgraded to a sidebar story, as Nick and Vanessa were a few weeks ago, with no sign of Peter or Carly & Evan, we can surmise that People doesn't love all things Bachelor as much as they used to.
