It amazes me how effectively ABC and executive producer Mike Fleiss have built the "Bachelor" brand. Survivor, American Idol 1.0 or the upcoming 2.0, Big Brother, none of the other big reality shows have anything close to this kind of pop culture footprint. Even the BIP scandal earlier this summer, which put the manipulated unreal tackiness of it all out there for everyone to see, didn't come close to stopping the Bachelor train.
