Days until Election Day: 660

Update on January 15. Kirsten Gillibrand has formed an exploratory committee. Going forward I'm going to leave people on the Potential list until they formally announce their candidacy. Then I'll move them to the I'm Running list.

Days until Election Day: 657

Update #2 on Saturday, January 19: Apparently Kirsten Gillibrand formally announced her candidacy on Wednesday. It was a busy week and I missed it. I've moved her to the I'm Running list above.

I didn't have Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey on the potential list but apparently he had looked at running. He announced yesterday that he won't run, so in the interest of being thorough I've added him to the I'm Not Running list.

Days until Election Day: 653
