Richard Vague For President?

Who? He's a businessman who, according to Buzzfeed News, has quietly been making some of the "I'm thinking about running for president" moves that a candidate traditionally makes. Based on that, I'm putting him on the Potential list. Read the Buzzfeed News article here.
