What will be on the cover of People this week? My guesses:
Bill Clinton: His new book, a fictional thriller written with James Patterson, comes out tomorrow. I had both of them on the Guessing Game a couple of weeks ago, with the book tour now underway, we could see a cover story this week
Roseanne Barr and/or Samantha Bee: In the news for using nasty (and in Roseanne's case, racist) words to describe other women
Kim Kardashian: Met with the president in the oval office
Trevor Engelson: The new Duchess of Sussex's ex-husband is apparently now engaged
Brigitte Nielsen: Pregnant at age 54
Melania: Hasn't been seen in public since May 10
Bobby Kennedy or members of his family: June 6 is the 50th anniversary of his assassination. (Clarification: Bobby was shot just after midnight on June 5 and died the next day.)
Brody Jenner: Got married in a destination wedding, Caitlyn didn't attend
John Cena and Nikki Bella: Back together?
Scott Disick and Sophia Richie: Broken up?
Garrett Yrigoyen: A contestant on the Bachelorette, the controversy over his Instragram Likes continues
Sunday night update: Kanye West. He says he's been diagnosed as bipolar
Monday morning, update #2: Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox: There's a nice picture of the two of them attending an event together. I could see People using that picture and cobbling together a story, possibly about how the two Friends are unlucky in love...
Tuesday morning, update #3: Reese Witherspoon and/or Tom Cruise: Legally Blonde 3 has just been announced for Witherspoon; Tom Cruise did a dangerous stunt for Mission Impossible - Fallout, which opens July 27
Janet Jackson: Conflict with her estranged husband
Sandra Bullock, Kate Blanchett, Sarah Paulson: And/or the others stars of Ocean's 8, which opens Friday
Note: Stories that actually appear on this week's cover will be highlighted in green. See the new issue here.
