The Guessing Game

Monday morning update: Las Vegas. Another horrifying and rage-inducing mass shooting. People is probably scrambling to put together a story for the new issue.

Original post:
What will be on the cover of People this week? My guesses:

Carmen Yullin Cruz, Mayor of Puerto Rico: Attacked by Trump for criticizing Puerto Rico disaster relief effort
Lt Gen Jay Silveria, Superintendent of the Air Force Academy: A tough speech to cadets about racism and diversity goes viral
OJ Simpson: Released from prison. Will a network pay big money for an interview?
Julia Louis-Dreyfus: Cancer diagnosis
Ex-Presidents: Clinton, Bush and Obama at a golf tournament; Obama at the Invictus Games with the Bidens and Prince Harry
Harry and Meghan: Lots of togetherness and PDA at the Invictus Games, will this be the week they get a main cover story? Another possibility is Doria Radlan, Meghan's (black) mother. Being bi-racial is just one of the reasons Meghan is a mold-breaking royal girlfriend.
Kardashian Baby Boom: Kylie, Khloe and Kim (via surrogate) are all expecting
Hugh Hefner: Dies at 91
Lin-Manuel Miranda: Says Trump is going "straight to hell" for Puerto Rico response:
