The Queen was out riding today, looking strong and healthy at the age of almost-91 (her birthday is April 21.) This picture is similar to ones I posted on June 1, 2015 (see it here) and on June 2, 2014 (see that one here.) Her Madge has a new coat, but best as I can tell it's the same horse and probably the same gentleman in attendance.
There are a lot of questions about the future of the British Monarchy in the next few years (When will Charles actually be King? Will Camilla get the title of Her Majesty the Queen? Will Prince Harry marry a half-black American actress and divorcee? Will Kate and William have another child? And what will Pippa's wedding dress look like?) For right now, however, the question "How's the Queen?" has only one answer: Just Fine, Thanks.
