Once again the hair looks different -- combed straight back with some kind of layered thing at the crown, plus, for that extra je ne sais quoi, the highly gelled curvy part sticking out behind his ear. In the midst of a bad week, perhaps POTUS isn't thinking too much about his hair, but still. This is one for the memory book.
