Politico is now reporting that Senator Daniel Inouye, D-Hawaii, will be sworn in as the new President Pro Tem of the Senate. So Presidential Succession now looks like this:
1. Vice President Joe Biden
2. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi
3. President Pro Tem of the Senate Daniel Inouye
4. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton
5. Secretary of the Treasury Tim Geithner
