Monday morning update: William and Kate have announced that they are expecting their third child. Normally this would call for the full "Royal Baby Joy" cover treatment, but with today being a holiday and the magazine closing tonight, can People scramble fast enough to put together a story for this week's issue? My guess is that we'll see a small sidebar headline on the cover and a short story inside.
