The woman whose name isn't Kate Middleton turns 33 today, and is said to be celebrating "privately" with her family. The woman in the picture above, of course, is Kate's late mother-in-law, pictured on June 29, 1994, just two days before her own 33rd birthday. To refresh your memory, and forgive my language, this is Diana's so-called "fuck you" dress, worn to a fund-raiser the same night Charles's "I was unfaithful" confession aired on British television.
Just a reminder of how much things have changed.
